Full job description

Our client in Grantsburg is seeking Assemblers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: A ssembly Worker

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 6a-2:30p (Mon-Fri), 2nd Shift, 2:30p-1a (Mon-Thur).

What's the Job?

  • Assemble components and products according to specifications.

  • Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Operate machinery to either assemble or finish products.

  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
