Principal Accountabilities
-
Engaging with Cargills workforce to support, solve & prevent Admin PC issues. (Including hardware, software, drivers, submitting tickets, etc)
-
Manage Printers, Krono clocks, Cameras, Electronic Access Control Systems, Wireless Access Points, and help with Network switches as needed
-
Develop preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment associated with Admin equipment throughout the facility, including the management of parts inventory and corrective actions

Manage safety culture through training and observations
Required Qualifications
-
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
-
Must be 18 years or older
-
Basic knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
-
2 years work experience with computing & networking
-
Good communication skills
-
Ability to read, write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
-
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
-
5 years work experience with computing & networking AND 2 year degree/certification or better in IT or a related field

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
