This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through CareerTrax leveling system.

BluePearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Client Service Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager plays a vital role on our team by handling day-to-day client service operations under the supervision and mentorship of the Practice Manager or Area Leader.

As a Client Service Manager:

• You willCoach client service associates to be continuously aware and proactive atanticipatingand addressing client services and to seekassistancewith escalated, stressful situations.

• You will partnerwith theClient Service Team Leader to schedule client service associates cost-effectively to ensure the provision of sufficient staffing to meet and/or exceed client needs at every shift.

• Youwill be an integral member of the management team and the link between the client, thepatientand the caregivers, offers feedback to co-managers toidentifyspecific issues that occur and may cause dissatisfied clients.

• You willactivelyparticipatesas a member of the hospital management team by building positive internal relationships and offering useful feedback, encouragement,supportand participation in process-improvement efforts.

• You will partner with your recruiter for new hireselectionor internal transfer to fill open client service positions.

Experience Preferred:

• Education:Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.

• Experience : 3-5 years of proven success in managing professionals in complex organizations, either within veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.
