Location Description

Post Consumer Brands is proud to launch an all-new warehouse in Wilmer, TX (15 miles south of Dallas) to efficiently transport pet food, cereal, and all our products to store shelves. This air-conditioned facility will be over 1 million square feet and include all of the latest distribution technology to help deliver on PCB’s core purpose of making lives better by making delicious food accessible for all, including our furry friends!

About the Role

As our evening Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Dallas while helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service to internal and external customers.

This role is both people-focused and operations-driven. You’ll support team members across two shifts, guide daily execution, help achieve site goals, and build the structure needed for a safe, accountable, and high-performing warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operators, Specialists, Leads, and Sanitation team members across two shifts.

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, post-production assembly, staging, and loading.

  • Partner with Warehouse Leads, Dispatch, and internal teams to execute workload and meet customer expectations.

  • Drive site performance by supporting successful execution of goals and Key Performance Indicators.

  • Create and communicate employee schedules, validate payroll hours, and support coverage needs.

  • Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance, including work with external technicians and contractors.

  • Lead safety procedures, monthly safety meetings, incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up actions.

  • Maintain warehouse standards for food quality and sanitation, including PCB and SQF requirements.

  • Manage training, certification, and documentation for Leads, Specialists, and Operators.

  • Support continuous improvement, standard work, and best practice development with the distribution center team and internal partners.

  • Ensure operations are conducted safely, within company values and policies, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Four-year degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Direct people management experience preferred.

  • Four years of increasing supervisory responsibility in an operations setting preferred.

  • Food warehousing or production operations experience in a team environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse, delivery, and traffic operations within a distribution environment.
