Staff Management is seeking a highly energetic, creative, detail-oriented Individual to help assist managing the entire recruiting process that includes advertising, developing recruiting sources, conducting interviews, onboarding paperwork, etc. Staff Management is a division of TrueBlue Inc and specializes in on-site staffing for a local high-volume manufacturer of automotive glass.

Duties:

• Recruitment advertising

• Interviewing

• Orientating

• Hiring Reporting

• Follow up with candidates

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Position Requirements:

Previous office experience not required; should possess a positive outgoing personality. Ability to be professional, have verbal and writing skills, knowledge in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
