Budget title: Instructional Support Associate (SL-2)

Salary: Commensurate with Experience (part-time, 65% FTE)

Binghamton University, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the America East Conference, is seeking a Director of Operations/Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. The Director of Operations/Assistant Women's Basketball Coach provides administrative support for all aspects of the women's basketball program. This position assists the Head Coach with daily basketball operations, player development, practice planning, travel coordination, budgeting, compliance, and student-athlete development. The successful candidate will foster a culture of academic excellence, competitive success, and personal growth while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)

Preferred:

  • Master's degree

  • Minimum of 1 year experience at the Division 1 intercollegiate athletics level
