Full job description
Join a collaborative and harmonious team at Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla, Washington as a full-time Hospitalist physician and provide essential services in this tight-knit community. This group has strong relationships with St. Mary Medical Center, including the support staff, nurses, therapists and other physicians. With a shift-based schedule and consistent hours, you will enjoy a healthy work-life balance in the beautiful and welcoming town of Walla Walla.
Position Details:

Full-time position

7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts; 168 shifts per year

Inpatient care; no call

Primarily day shift position with possibility of some nights as needed

Open ICU and opportunity for procedures

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is between $331,411 and $373,442 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have Vent Management experience in past 2 years

Must be Internal Medicine trained

Experience in a community hospital is a plus

New graduates with robust inpatient and ICU exposure during residency training
