Location: Fountain, CO

Specialties: Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Vestibular, Aquatics, Dry Needling, and Fall Prevention.

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: Starting at $78,000

Incentives: $10,000 Bonus

Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center in Fountain, CO is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist (PT) to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. Your population will continue to include general orthopedics within our large supportive clinical team.

New graduate physical therapists are welcome to apply to join our established CoreVia program. Previous pelvic health experience as a physical therapist is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications
