Your Key Responsibilities

Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes.

Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making.
-
Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields.
-
Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects.
-
Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions.
-
Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions.
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary.
Your Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
-
Minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment
-
Solid understanding of engineering processes and production-related topics
-
Strong analytical and structured working style
-
Confident, cooperative and solution-oriented approach
-
Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards

External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:

Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical engineering principles

Experience in functional and cross-functional teams
