Job Descriptions:

Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has openings for production positions at our facility in Madison, GA.

For over 100 years, Bard Manufacturing Company has been a family owned and operated company, leading the HVAC industry in light commercial, educational, and telecommunications markets. With production facilities in Ohio, Georgia and Mexico, we service our customers both nationwide and internationally by designing and manufacturing cutting-edge engineered products.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Performs repetitive work at a workstation or assembly line, assembling metal, electrical, or mechanical components/parts into an HVAC unit.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs any assembly functions, using hand or power tools

  • Monitor and responsible for the overall quality of the work being performed

  • Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes

  • Install wiring

  • Operate forklift, as required

  • ability to use hand or pneumatic power tools

  • Performs activities in accordance with the procedures outlined in the work instructions and drawings

  • Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprints, as well as read a tape measure and angles.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Previous manufacturing experience required.

  • Sheet metal experience is preferred.
