What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support daily plant operations through safe and efficient material handling.

  • Operate mobile and plant equipment as assigned to maintain production flow.

  • Assist with housekeeping, cleanup, and general site maintenance.

  • Perform basic inspections and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow established procedures.

  • Capacity to operate equipment and tools used in aggregate production.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks in varied outdoor conditions.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
