Full job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

Working closely with the local HR Business Partners, you will be responsible for supporting the ownership of operations performance of HR Services! You will also take a role in educating and supporting the business on how to properly leverage our systems and processes. This will be in our Gibsonton FL location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Will work alongside the local HR business partners and the business, ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery through employee on-boarding and off-boarding support, employee inquires, people and organizational data management, etc.

  • Building and strengthening process know-how in order to future proof the organization Support of other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g. supplying regional or topic expertise and aspects.

  • Playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries and a contributor in our global HR transformation project, whilst ensuring continuing of existing operations Provide guidance on HR processes and trouble-shooting challenges experienced by employees as it relates to employee experience.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT, or Business Information Systems, open to early career candidates.

  • 3 or more years’ experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk) preferred.

  • Generalist level knowledge in HR domain HR IT domain know-how - Workday HCM, ServiceNow desirable Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a self-directed approach to driving initiatives.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.10% traveling.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
