About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Boba Tea Shop Manager to lead our Lindon office boba shop operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and skilled in managing day-to-day shop activities, inventory, and staff performance. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to create a welcoming and efficient boba tea experience. Candidates with prior experience in beverage or food service management, particularly in specialty drinks, are highly encouraged to apply. What you'll do
