The Departmental Chief Information Officer II (DCIO II) is a key member of the Department of Human Resources' executive leadership team, providing strategic and operational leadership for the Department’s information technology program. The DCIO II will oversee enterprise applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT governance, and digital transformation initiatives that support Countywide human resources operations.

This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative technology leader to modernize critical HR systems, strengthen service delivery, and advance secure, reliable, and customer-focused digital solutions for Los Angeles County.
