Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals.

Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.

Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transfers.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure client well-being. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare preferred.

Valid state certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
