Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly
Mohawk Honda is actively seeking Service Appointment Coordinators for our NEW SERVICE DEPARTMENT. As an Appointment Coordinator you will manage inbound and outbound calls to the service department from our valued customers looking to schedule a service appointment all while providing excellent customer service.
Must be prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. The applicant needs to be a team player and be willing to work closely with the service staff. Must ensure that we provide positive dealership experience. We offer competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k with company match.
Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound service customer calls.

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.

Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

Schedule customer service appointments

Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

At least one previous role is based in strong customer service experience.
