A little about the position:

The Supply Chain Manager, Autocovers is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain execution across Autocover manufacturing operations and Coverstar distribution centers. This role oversees production scheduling, material planning and replenishment, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance, while driving key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, lead-time accuracy, customer promise date attainment, service levels, inventory health, and material availability. The position supports a multi-site operating environment, including two manufacturing locations, Coverstar Central, and VAR partners, and plays a critical role in improving supply chain execution, visibility, and overall operational performance.

Some of What You Will Do:

  • Own execution of production and material plans using finite scheduling tools and MRP/ERP.

  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all systems, i.e. ERP, Scheduler, Configurator, etc.

  • Manage on-time delivery, lead times, and promise date accuracy to ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Lead material purchasing and supplier performance management in partnership with Procurement to drive supplier excellence, on-time performance, and proactive issue escalation to prevent stockouts and quality delays.

  • Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and replenishment strategies, including Kanban levels, safety stock, and fulfillment planning.

  • Develop VAR and Coverstar Central stocking, replenishment, and freight optimization strategies that balance execution, cost, and service levels.

  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service to align supply chain execution with business needs.

  • Support product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives by developing effective plans for new product introductions, product transitions, value engineering, and related initiatives.

  • Drive process standardization, system adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Autocovers business to improve planning accuracy, execution discipline, and supply chain visibility.

  • Help develop, implement, and continuously improve finite scheduling processes across the business.

  • Lead the weekly S&OE process and play a key leadership role in the monthly SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and service objectives. Provide the input required for executive SIOP and drive proactive actions focused on meeting cost and sales targets.

  • Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and execution gaps early, and drive cross-functional decisions to mitigate service, cost, and inventory impacts.

  • Lead and develop teams across the multi-site Autocovers supply chain organization, while supporting and influencing cross-functional partners to drive the best overall outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with 7+ years of manufacturing and logistics experience in a multi-site operating environment preferred.

  • Experience in finite scheduling, manufacturing operations, advanced planning, inventory management, and capacity planning processes.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively across a matrixed organization.
