Our shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, and as many as 7 days a week. You can choose from daytime, overnight, or weekend shifts. Here are some recent comments made to our staff by some of our caregivers:

• Flexible scheduling (especially if you have another job or are a student)

  • Direct Deposit paid bi-weekly

• Paid training . Additional training in Dementia and Parkinson's disease.

• Competitive pay - $18.50 to $21 depending on experience, availability, ability to drive clients in own insured car

• Must have Home Care Aide license as registered by the California Department of Social Services (Register here )

  • Recent TB test (negative)- within last 2 years if working for another agency or 90 days if new license

• CPR certification (required by clients)

• 6 months of elderly or adult disabled caregiving experience
