Departmental Analyst 9-P11

These positions function as an analyst for complaints submitted under the authority of the Occupational Code, the Skilled Trades Regulation Act, the Elevator Licensing Act, the Elevator Safety Board, and all associated administrative rules and codes. These positions apply licensing law provisions to consumer and local governmental enforcing agency complaints relative to construction work performed on residential and commercial structures. These positions are responsible for conducting compliance conferences to resolve issues. In conjunction with the section’s Regulation Agents, these positions perform a variety of complaint resolution assignments by applying analytics; and prepares and update procedures in accordance with statutes and rules. Departmental Analyst 9 No specific type or amount is required.

Departmental Analyst 10 One year of professional experience.

Departmental Analyst P11 Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.

Departmental Analyst 9 - 12 Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
