Job Description

Job Description:

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget. Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and change control processes using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, QA, and business analysts to achieve project goals, while monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and preparing status reports through dashboards and reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI. Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Maintain compliance with organizational standards and policies, facilitate effective stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and feedback incorporation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of progressive experience or alternatively, Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, which will be considered equivalent.. Travel Required.
