Role Summary and Impact

The Media Advertising Operations Senior Associate is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital media strategies that align business objectives, brand growth, and performance goals. This role leads the planning, activation, optimization, and measurement of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring efficient investment allocation and measurable results throughout the customer journey. By combining strategic thinking, advanced platform expertise, audience insights, and analytics, the role transforms campaign data into actionable recommendations that drive awareness, lead generation, conversions, and long-term business growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Advanced hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of platform best practices and campaign structures.

• Proven expertise in performance marketing strategy, including audience planning, full-funnel campaign design, lead generation, conversion optimization, and budget allocation aligned with business objectives.

• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting key performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPM, transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Solid knowledge of measurement and tracking frameworks, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, events implementation, and attribution analysis to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.

• Experience conducting A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization, identifying growth opportunities through audience behavior, historical performance, and market trends.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients, combining strategic thinking, storytelling with data, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and presentation development to communicate insights and drive business results.
