How you’ll make an impact in this role

Welcome & Guide Every Patient: Greet patients and families warmly, managing check-ins, check-outs, and intake documentation to ensure a seamless, stress-free arrival and departure experience.

Streamline Care & Insurance Approvals: Verify demographics and secure timely insurance authorizations and precertifications, removing financial hurdles so patient care stays on track without delay.

Orchestrate Seamless Scheduling & Records: Manage patient appointments, confirmation calls, and medical record requests to keep the clinic running efficiently and care teams perfectly aligned.

Protect Financial & Operational Accuracy: Process daily billing charges, collect co-payments, and reconcile end-of-day financial reports to safeguard clinic revenue and maintain precise records.

Support Clinic Success & Team Alignment: Provide proactive administrative and clerical assistance across your department, keeping daily operations smooth so clinical teams can focus on patient care.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
