We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Teller, you'll be one of the first people customers meet, processing transactions accurately, identifying financial solutions, and creating positive experiences with every interaction. You'll also help protect customers and the bank by recognizing potential fraud and suspicious activity.

Whether you're beginning a banking career or expanding your financial services experience, this role offers valuable growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

This position is Part-Time at 20 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 10:30-2:30

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with bank policies

  • Assist customers with account-related questions and everyday banking needs

  • Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate bank products and services

  • Print replacement debit cards and assist with related services

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions whenever possible

  • Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone

  • Monitor for unusual transactions, potential fraud, scams, or suspicious activity and follow established reporting procedures

  • Support branch operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Six months of cash-handling experience

  • Ability to pass a credit and background check

Preferred

  • One or more years of cash-handling experience

  • One or more years of customer-facing experience

  • Previous banking experience

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
