Pay: $16.00/hour for day shifts; $17.00/hour for evening shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off

Pay frequency: Weekly, every Friday, via direct deposit

Kelly® is seeking dependable PGV Techs to work at a premier semiconductor manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ. Compensation and Benefits

• $16.00/hour for day shifts

• $17.00/hour for evening shift

• 42.5-hour weekly schedule, including 2.5 hours of overtime pay each week

• Weekly pay every Friday through direct deposit

Available Shifts

Shift 1A: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:45 PM; $16.00/hour

Shift 1B: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:45 PM; $16.00/hour

Shift 1C: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:45 PM; $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with setups and the movement of wafer products during eFIT activities.

• Support Level 1 Manufacturing Technicians with daily production tasks.

• Load and move wafers securely between process tools.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Follow cleanroom protocols and detailed procedural guidelines.

• Help uphold high standards for manufacturing quality and efficiency.

• Use basic computer skills and follow established processes accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven dependability and strong attendance.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic problem-solving abilities.

• Basic math skills.

• Foundational computer literacy.

• Ability to work one of the listed Monday–Friday shifts.
