Job Description

Our client is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Redmond, WA. If you are comfortable contributing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity, if you thrive on solving difficult problems where resolutions have great impact, and if you love the challenge of building something from scratch, this role will be an ideal next career step. To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution – this team favors quality over speed.

Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

  • Relevant manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive or related field)

  • Hands-on work experience -Experience in a fast-paced production environment

  • Experience working with fiber optics

  • Strong foundational computer knowledge, ability to learn new programs/software quickly

  • Experience reading, interpreting, and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings

  • Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment for high-precision products

  • Experience with cleanroom requirements

  • Familiarity with testing methods and equipment

  • Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
