Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join their team. As an IT Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Copilot Agent Builder function, supporting business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities, design, configure, test, deploy, and support AI-powered assistant agents within the approved Copilot platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, clear stakeholder communication, and a strong sense of ownership, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $40-$46/hr
What's the Job?

Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate AI assistant use cases and translate business needs into scalable agent workflows and instructions within the approved Copilot platform.

Gather and analyze requirements, map processes, and define practical agent designs that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.

Configure, test, document, and deploy AI-powered assistant agents, validating outcomes and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Provide production support, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and L3 support activities as required, while ensuring timely resolution of production and support items.

Continuously refine deployed agents based on user feedback, evolving business requirements, and performance results—while operating within governance, risk, security, and data management standards.

Strong analytical, logical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate business challenges and identify effective AI-assisted solutions.

Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical agent designs, workflows, and implementation plans.

Proven problem-solving and design-thinking capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop scalable, user-focused solutions.

Experience planning and executing solution delivery activities, including configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate requirements discussions, and manage expectations effectively.
