Job Description
Customer Service Representative: confer with customers by phone, email, in person to provide information about door products and services, take/enter orders,obtain details regarding inquiries/complaints; maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, orders, complaints/comments & actions taken to resolve issues;determine applicable charges for requested products/services, collect deposits/payments;complete order forms,prepare documentation related to product orders/changes & update customer records accordingly;contact customers to respond to inquiries,provide order updates,notify them of adjustments;ensure appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems & confirm customer satisfaction;resolve customer service/billing complaints by coordinating exchanges, adjustments/refunds in accordance with company policies; compare disputed merchandise with order documentation & invoices, assist with preparing documentation for returned goods;recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping/service procedures to help prevent recurring issues & improve customer satisfaction. 40hrs/wk.
