Join our team as an IT Support Coordinator, where you'll provide hands-on technology support to residents and staff at our award-winning Senior Living Community. You’ll work onsite daily, assisting with tech needs, managing equipment, and collaborating with diverse teams, with occasional travel to other locations. Comprehensive training will be provided to support a variety of technologies and systems.

This is a fully on-site position in Warminster, PA. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role.

Compensation: $27-$29/hr

How you will make an impact

  • Provide Tier 2 support for computers, tablets, phones, point of sale systems, printers, network devices, and other technology assets.

  • Assist resident customers through Erickson Resident Computer Services (ERCS), community computer clubs, and resident computer labs.

  • Support information security initiatives by educating customers, identifying and reporting compliance concerns, and mitigating identified risks.

  • Collaborate with project teams on business and IT initiatives.

  • Deploy and manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, maintenance, sanitization, and disposal.

  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and documentation of IT Customer Support procedures.

  • Provide IT support for other Erickson-managed properties as needed.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; Education will be considered in lieu of experience.

  • Job related technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are strongly preferred. Ongoing pursuit of certifications is considered evidence of continuous learning.

  • CompTIA A+ certification required within 6 months of employment
