Project Manager - Underground Utilities / Heavy Civil Construction Sheboygan, WI (Onsite)

We're partnering with a well-established contractor specializing in heavy civil and underground utility construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment with strong long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple underground utility construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track production, costs, quality, safety, and project performance.
  • Coordinate with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Review contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
  • Support estimating and operations during bidding and project planning.
  • Participate in customer meetings and occasional jobsite visits.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to help drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction.
  • Experience managing underground utility, open trench, or HDD projects.
  • Strong budgeting and cost control experience.
  • Ability to analyze project data and identify trends.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with project costing software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $135,000+ depending on experience.
