GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The GVP, OUTCOMES RESEARCH is responsible for analyzing clinical trial outcomes and improving clinical results, reducing hospitalizations, and enhancing the quality of life for chronic kidney disease and dialysis patients through real-world data and studies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership 95%

• Develop the OUTCOMES RESEARCH strategy and business plan.
• Present to the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Manage activity of teams impacting the OUTCOMES RESEARCH including strategic, analytic, operating, clinical, legal, and real estate teams.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific field - Required
• Master’s degree in business (e.g., MBA) - Required
• Graduate degree in a healthcare-related field; Doctor of Medicine (MD) - Required

The Salary Range for the role is $250,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
