Project Assistant (Mission Critical)

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Assistant to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic administrative and clerical support.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support to Operations personnel including division project support, safety support, contract administration, fleet and yard support, etc.

  • Light scheduling and light calendar management

  • Support team members with data entry and expense reports

  • Responsible for various other duties and assignments as required

  • Ensure that Aldridge’s 5 key Safety Elements are followed

Who you are:

  • High school diploma, with some business courses

  • 3-5 years of related business experience

  • Proficient in the use of Google Suite

  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook – other computer related experience. Database and PowerPoint experience is desirable

  • Self-motivated, organized and have the ability to prioritize

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $65,000 - $75,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
