Pay & Bonus

Earn $30.00–$32.00 per hour

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus*

Paid Training Program – Get paid while you earn your School Bus License and Endorsements
*Offer valid for applications received between May 11, 2026, and August 27, 2026. Sign-on bonus available for fully credentialed drivers or drivers who become fully credentialed by the start of the school year on October 31, 2026.

We provide paid training and support throughout the licensing process. Our experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way to help you become a professional school bus driver.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience

Clean driving record within the past 24–36 months

Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL

Ability to successfully complete our comprehensive training program

Must pass pre-employment background checks and required screenings
