  • Administer benefit programs and support annual enrollment processes by assisting employees with questions and documentation.

  • Coordinate orientation for new employees, required compliance training, and engagement initiatives that strengthen retention and workplace culture.

  • Partner with plant leadership on staffing plans, safety-related efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational goals.

  • Ensure HR practices remain aligned with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies. Requirements • At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, employee relations management, and HR compliance administration.

  • Practical understanding of payroll review processes and experience working with HR information systems; familiarity with Oracle is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach leaders, resolve conflict, and influence decisions effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Background in packaging or other industrial manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.
