Full job description

Concentrix is seeking to add a Sales Director to our F&A (Collections) practice for the North American sales theatre – Local sales with Global capability.

From Banking and specific financial service markets (Retail, Auto) to large scale Telecoms and Utilities sectors, Concentrix is aiming to develop Collections solutions for client’s that meet the right balance of cost, efficiency, risk and innovation, all whilst navigating the multi layered and evolving regulatory structures - even more so with the development of greater self-service, digital and AI powered solutions.

Concentrix Collections offers a breadth of highly established operational capabilities both domestically in the US and Globally with its deep network of Near and Offshore dedicated service sites, and benefits from core Concentrix technology that drives operational excellence.

AI has become an essential tool across numerous aspects of the collection’s ecosystem; tracking and preventing delinquency through enhanced Data Analytics, enhancing operational efficiency with Agent support tools and driving the customer experience with Generative AI engagement. Concentrix has developed Collections tools that integrate advanced core technologies with insights from across our Global 12,000 agent experts to provide effective and compliant solutions. These tools enhance the both the customer and agent experience, whilst creating real value for clients in terms of Revenue and Cost.

Responsibilities will include building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for Concentrix within the North American (mainly US) market.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history and background in Collections that enables them to lead a sales effort that will include teaming with Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Practice SME’s for engagements at the CXO level within large enterprises.

The successful candidate will possess a domain background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact both at the CXO/VP level and with key client stakeholders and technical specialists in the Collections sphere. This includes a technical understanding of US compliance, Credit Risk, AI solutions and On/Near/Off shore operating models.

The candidate must possess proven strategic and analytical thinking skills to address business, product, and technical challenges, while effectively constructing persuasive value propositions and working collaboratively across departments to achieve consensus.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a high-level individual contributor role. This position has no direct reports.

  • Drive revenue and market share for Concentrix.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Develop and effectively implement and achieve sales objectives.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Work with sales executives in other Concentrix business units to extend, reach, and drive adoption of F&A (Collections) solutions.

  • Manage contract negotiations along with internal stakeholders.

  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Expect moderate travel.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrable number of years of Collections related sales or business development experience, ideally with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

  • Prior experience in the Contact Center industry with in-depth knowledge of the US Collections markets, it’s compliance framework and key challenges, especially in relation to the development of Collections AI technology.

  • Consultative selling experience with proven successful experience in closing complex multi-jurisdictional / offshore solutions.

  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills with exceptional negotiation capabilities

  • Must be a self-starter and adept at thriving in fast-paced environments, seamlessly integrating into team settings.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, possessing a powerful results-oriented mindset.

  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication talents, able to work collaboratively and inspire team success in a cooperative environment.

  • Is a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $210,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
