Full job description
Adecco is working with a growing manufacturing company in Bedford, NH who is adding an RF Engineer to its engineering team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the entire product lifecycle—from antenna design and prototyping to testing, manufacturing, and customer support .
You’ll work with technologies such as stripline, microstrip, and advanced RF/antenna systems , while partnering with customers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop RF and antenna products from concept through production

Create custom antenna solutions based on customer requirements
-
Use HFSS, ADS, MATLAB , or similar tools for modeling, simulation, and design optimization

Support prototype development, manufacturing, troubleshooting, and product testing
-
Participate in RF and environmental testing , including vibration, shock, thermal, and thermal vacuum testing

Review test data and identify opportunities to improve product performance
-
Work directly with customers to understand technical needs and develop solutions

Provide engineering support for proposals, new programs, and customer presentations

Manage and contribute to multiple custom engineering projects

Help develop new antenna technologies and improve existing products

Travel occasionally as needed
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
-
Background in RF engineering, antenna design, microwave engineering , or a similar discipline
-
Experience with RF/antenna simulation and modeling software such as HFSS, ADS, or MATLAB
-
Understanding of RF components, testing, and performance validation
-
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
-
Comfortable working hands-on with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and colleagues
-
5+ years of RF design/testing experience preferred ; strong recent graduates with relevant RF/antenna coursework or projects will also be considered

U.S. citizenship required
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Pay Details: $90,000.00 per year
