Full job description

Summary:

People Development accelerates the performance of every Metamate, team, and leader — building the capabilities, culture, and human-AI partnerships that power Meta's future. We help people thrive through continuous change, grow more valuable over time, and choose to stay. We do this through coaching, team development, leadership experiences, performance systems, and skills at scale — all working as an integrated system, not a set of disconnected programs. This individual contributor role sits on the Executive Development team, which delivers best-in-class development to Meta's senior most leaders as they forge the future at a transformational moment in the company's history. You will be responsible for the delivery, execution and operations of Executive Development experiences, ensuring the work we do addresses real needs, is targeted, and makes a real difference to our leaders and the business.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Executive Development Responsibilities:

  1. Own the delivery of Executive Development programs. Serve as the participant-facing program manager once a cohort is running, including in-session presence, cohort communications, and holding the experience standard live.

  2. Own in-person and virtual event execution: venues, vendors, production, print and delivery, and day-of execution — so logistics are invisible to leaders.

  3. Produce the materials senior leader experiences depend on — briefs, run-of-show documents, journals, and participant materials — to a consistent standard against real deadlines, in place early enough that senior leader and faculty time is immediately productive.

  4. Drive participants to a filled, ready cohort. Issue invitations, track nominations, confirmations and declines, chase non-responses through executive assistants, and drive required inputs — assessments, pre-work, forms, and closeout surveys — to completion, documenting exceptions.

  5. Build the repeatable processes behind each program, documented well enough that someone new could run it, and keep program assets current, findable, and reusable cycle over cycle — so delivery never depends on who is staffed.

  6. Own data capture and standing reporting. Capture data at the right moments in each program and maintain the reporting and quality checks built on it.

  7. Project-manage design and build work toward execution — workback plans, designer and vendor coordination, decision-gate readiness, and asset production.

  8. Manage contingent workers and vendors against a clear brief, holding delivery quality and timelines.

  9. Execute communications plans — drafting, sequencing, scheduling, sending, and tracking.

  10. Apply AI to how the team operates — automating and compressing internal workflows, reporting, tracking, and production, including completing privacy and sensitivity review.

  11. Support planning with delivery evidence. Bring participant and program data into quarterly planning, maintain team meeting materials and trackers, and surface delivery risk early.

  12. Jump in and manage evolving priorities, including planning and executing special projects and events as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years experience developing and executing business and/or learning solutions

  2. 4+ years of program/project management experience running programs end to end

  3. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-touch programs or events for senior or executive audiences, where quality and discretion are non-negotiable

  4. Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility in front of senior leaders — able to hold a room of executives during delivery, read it, and adjust in the moment

  5. Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining trackers, operating procedures, and reporting that others rely on

  6. Demonstrated track record of attention to detail in participant-facing materials and communications

  7. Experience managing complex logistics for in-person and virtual experiences, including vendors and external suppliers

  8. Experience applying AI tools to automate or improve operational workflows

  9. Experience managing, structuring, and analyzing program data

  10. Experience managing contingent workers or vendors to a defined brief

  11. Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity, and who stays calm when timelines compress

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

  2. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

  3. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

  4. Event management experience at executive level

  5. Project Management (PMP / PMI) certification

  6. Experience supporting executive assistants or executive offices

  7. Data analysis acumen

  8. Bachelor's Degree
