Full job description
Aetos Imaging · Delivery Lead · Atlanta, GA (Field-Based)
Aetos Imaging is revolutionizing how industrial and manufacturing giants manage their most critical assets. Our System of Reality is a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform that provides unprecedented visual intelligence, helping facilities operate more safely and efficiently. As a rapidly growing company recognized as a "2024 Top 10 Innovative Company in Georgia," we are at the forefront of digital transformation in the industrial and energy sectors. We're a team of driven builders and problem-solvers making a tangible impact, and we're looking for exceptional talent to join our mission.
Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking a customer-obsessed Delivery Lead to be the face of Aetos on the ground with our clients. This is an externally facing role at the heart of our implementation engine: you will travel to client facilities, lead onboarding and training, and guide organizations through the change that comes with adopting a new way of working. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator and natural teacher who is comfortable on a plant floor and knows that a successful implementation is won through people and process, not just technology. Travel up to 75% is required, and it's where this role earns its impact.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead the onsite delivery of Aetos implementations from kickoff through Go-Live, serving as the primary in-person presence for our clients throughout the engagement.
- Own customer onboarding: coordinate site readiness, confirm points of contact, facilitate discovery workshops, and translate client goals into a clear adoption path.
- Partner with our Project Manager and System Implementation team to keep People, Process, Data, and Technology workstreams moving as one unified delivery.
- Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver engaging, role-based training for client teams — from frontline technicians to site leads — both onsite and virtually.
- Run Train-the-Trainer programs that certify client champions and build lasting internal capability at each site.
- Measure training completion and initial adoption, adjusting the enablement approach in real time based on what you see in the field.
- Organizational Change Management
- Build and execute change management plans: stakeholder mapping, persona definition, communication plans, and current-state to future-state gap analyses.
- Identify and cultivate client champions; manage resistance constructively and turn skeptics into advocates.
- Ensure the "human side" of each deployment succeeds so clients realize measurable value quickly.
- Client Relationship & Value Delivery
- Serve as a go-to point of contact for client stakeholders during active implementations, managing expectations with transparency.
- Track adoption and time-to-value indicators, and report progress to client sponsors and Aetos Delivery leadership.
- Support a clean handoff to Customer Success at Go-Live, transferring relationships, KPI baselines, and adoption momentum.
What You Bring• 4+ years in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, delivery, or enablement roles.
- Proven success onboarding customers to a SaaS platform, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, energy, construction, or facilities environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training to diverse audiences, including deskless and frontline workforces.
- Change management familiarity: working knowledge of change management practices (Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks a plus) and a track record of driving adoption in organizations resistant to new tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills: comfortable running workshops and coaching users one-on-one on the plant floor.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%: this is a field-based role with frequent onsite visits to client facilities across the US; safety-conscious and comfortable in industrial settings (PPE environments).
- Tech-enabled and organized: quick to master new software; experience with project management tools (ClickUp or Jira preferred), CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP, Fiix), or 3D/digital-twin technology is a plus.
What We Offer• Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $80,000 – $110,000, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), generous PTO, parental leave, and full coverage of travel expenses.
- Impact & Growth: You will be the customer-facing engine of a delivery organization that is scaling fast, with a clear path to grow into broader implementation and delivery roles.
- Culture of Autonomy: A collaborative atmosphere built on trust and ownership — no micromanagement here.
