Source-to-pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Senior Associate

The Opportunity

As a Source-to-pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their sourcing and procurement processes, driving cost savings and enhancing supplier collaboration. Within our Operations practice, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance to streamline processes and improve productivity. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, developing strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. This position offers the chance to deepen your understanding of business contexts and how they are evolving, while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity

• Collaborating with clients to optimize sourcing and procurement processes for cost savings and supplier collaboration

• Implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions to improve supply chain resilience

• Utilizing Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software to streamline procurement operations and drive business performance

• Monitoring contractual compliance and quality system supplier management to validate adherence to standards

• Managing project resources effectively to meet client expectations and deliver quality outcomes

• Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex procurement challenges

• Developing meaningful client connections and guiding teams in navigating complex situations

• Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for procurement strategy improvements

• Embracing change and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and learning agility within teams

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science

• At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)

• Demonstrating proficiency in Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software

• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex procurement challenges

• Excelling in contractual compliance monitoring and vendor selection

• Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments

• Managing project resources effectively within sourcing and procurement modernization initiatives

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
