City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: The Senior Business Systems Analyst supports Supply Chain operations through the effective use of enterprise applications and technologies. This role serves as a liaison between Supply Chain stakeholders, Information Technology teams, and external vendors to ensure system processes align with operational needs. Responsibilities include maintaining supply chain data, supporting contract and item management processes, gathering business requirements, testing system changes, analyzing data, and assisting with system-related issues. The incumbent works with systems such as Workday, GHX, Vizient, Epic, and other healthcare applications to support day-to-day operations and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support item master maintenance, including the creation and management of supply chain records within Workday and other systems.

Manage and maintain supplier, contract, and procurement-related information within Workday, GHX, Vizient, and other healthcare supply chain applications.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Monitor data accuracy and assist with resolving data discrepancies across integrated systems.

Support business processes related to procurement, contracting, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and system-related procedures.

Participate on project teams supporting new initiatives, upgrades, and system implementations.
Education
-
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Education, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years of progressive, relevant professional experience required.

In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 2 years of directly related experience (for a total of 6 years) may be considered as equivalent.
Experience:
-
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or related role supporting business applications and operational processes. (Required)

Healthcare Supply Chain experience supporting procurement, contracting, materials management, inventory management, or Item Master functions. (Required)
-
Experience working with enterprise systems such as Workday, GHX, Vizient, Epic, or similar healthcare applications.

Experience creating, maintaining, and managing Item Master records and related supply chain data within ERP or healthcare systems. (preferred)

Advanced Excel experience, including complex queries, joins, data analysis, and Pivot Tables. (Required)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$69,867.20-$116,438.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
