The IS Support Technician intern will provide technical support on computer devices including hardware, software, and peripherals used throughout the Sweetser organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • ProvideCustomer Service focused support.

  • Install/maintainand perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment followingthe design or installation specifications.

  • Sets upinitial user accounts and profiles.

  • Work withSystems Manager to create/update computer images for deployment.

  • Participatein projects as assigned.

  • Provideon-site support for office changes/moves, moving network equipment asnecessary.
