What this role is all about

Responsible for ensuring that all food items are served as soon as they are ready.

What you’ll be doing Essential Job Functions include:

• Key Job Functions

• Serve food and beverages orders, with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests

• Responsible for making sure all food items are served as soon as they are ready.

• Each guest seated at a table should be served together - Timing is important.

• Respond to questions with informed answers.

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift.

• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe.

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description

• Deliver Passionate & Engaging Service to our Guests• You will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests, recognizing individual guests, and anticipating their unique needs to exceed their expectations

• You will consistently deliver our GUEST model:• Greet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smile

• Use eye and ear contact and the guest’s name

• Establish/anticipate needs

• Solve and own all requests/complaints

Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job Information $20.00 to $22.00 Base Pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
