Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in North Carolina in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position is ideal for a recruiting specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage staffing needs from initial outreach through offer coordination. The role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring leaders, and delivering an efficient and detail-oriented recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a range of openings, from intake discussions to candidate selection and offer support.

• Develop sourcing strategies that attract talent with relevant experience through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and maintain staffing momentum.

• Screen applicants, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and present well-matched talent for further consideration.

• Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Strengthen the employer presence in the market by promoting the organization in a compelling and detail-oriented manner.

• Track recruiting progress, maintain accurate staffing records, and support reporting on pipeline activity and staffing results. Requirements • Proven experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or a closely related hiring function.

• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting across high-volume or fast-moving hiring environments.

• Strong talent sourcing skills with success identifying and engaging candidates through multiple channels.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers and guiding recruitment efforts from kickoff through close.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal teams.
