We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Educator for Manestream Collections. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering learning experiences to build skills and competencies across our organization. You will have the chance to engage in delivering role-based training for new hires, managing learning programs, participating in instructional design, and coordinating training/onboarding activities.

On-site presence is required at least once a month at your local CBO during Manestream in-office days. Additionally, attendance at an annual company meeting which will involve travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective informal and formal learning solutions, preparing for training delivery for in-person and remote solutions.

  • Participate in training projects and activities, using learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact.

  • Assist in the design and development of informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.

  • Assist with onboarding of new teammates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area (preferred).

  • Healthcare industry experience (preferred).

  • Effective training and presentation skills.

  • Passion for training and people development.

  • Effective planning and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Independent judgement and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Wage Range for the role is $25.00 - $31.50 per hour.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
