Job Description:
- Menjalankan proses end-to-end recruitment, mulai dari sourcing kandidat, screening, interview, hingga kandidat bergabung.
- Melakukan sourcing dan membangun talent pool sesuai kebutuhan klien.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan klien terkait kebutuhan recruitment.
- Melakukan client visit untuk memahami kebutuhan dan proses recruitment secara langsung.
- Memastikan target recruitment terpenuhi sesuai kebutuhan dan timeline yang telah ditentukan.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate atau memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang recruitment dan talent acquisition.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Proaktif, memiliki target-oriented mindset, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan skema freelance/dedicated freelance.
- Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi klien jika dibutuhkan.
