Job Description

Provide high-quality facial and skincare treatments consistent with the European spa techniques and standards. Perform treatments to improve and maintain clients’ skin health and appearance in alignment with the spa’s philosophy of holistic wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate services and skincare products. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home care regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals. Oversee and ensure maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment. Educate clients on post-treatment care and proper skincare routines. Follow all state licensing and safety regulations and spa procedures. Supervise employees. Must have at least 2 years experience in European skin care techniques, ingredients, and treatments in a spa, wellness center, or a medical esthetics setting. Must have a valid Skin Care Specialist license to practice in the State of NJ. Must have experience in performing European spa/skin care techniques, variety of anti-aging European facials, firming, hydrating, dermaplaning, body treatments, and medical grade peeling. Must be proficient with Visia skin diagnostic system. Must have experience in providing comprehensive skin care treatments, recommending customized skin care treatment plans for skin rejuvenation, hydration and anti-aging. Must possess demonstrated skill in product demonstration, personalized recommendations, and retail sales of skincare and cosmetic items; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele; and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
