Job Summary
Applies in-depth knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and project management to establish partnerships with customers. Implements outstanding quality service with customers through creative problem-solving and consultation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the contract solutions area, under general supervision.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of the contract solutions field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
- Coordinates assigned contract projects of a less complex nature by creating timelines, building contingency plans, executing corrective actions, communicating issues resolution, and identifying and utilizing key milestones, stakeholders, and resources needed to ensure timely and successful contract negotiations.
- Analyzes complex contract risks and issues and communications risks and issues to stakeholders internally and externally.
- Implements process improvement solutions that strengthen accountability and promote effective risk management.
- Identifies opportunities to develop, utilize, and contribute to all contract team tools, such as alternative clause library, key supplier overviews, and templates to effectively manage job responsibilities and disseminate information regarding contractual rights, responsibilities, and obligations to sourcing and business areas.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing and executing deliverables.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of business intelligence.
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
- Proven time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Time Type Full time
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
