We're seeking motivated Night Shift Warehouse Selectors to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Cloquet, MN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supplying restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and other customers throughout the Upper Midwest.

That's why we offer a competitive starting wage of $21.50 per hour, with performance incentives that can increase your earnings to $28.00+ per hour.

What You'll Do

As a Night Shift Warehouse Selector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time and in excellent condition. Every shift, you'll use warehouse technology and electric pallet jacks to accurately select customer orders, build pallets, and prepare shipments for delivery across the Upper Midwest. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where your effort directly impacts customer satisfaction and the success of our operation. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Accurately selecting customer orders while meeting productivity and quality standards

• Building, wrapping, and securing pallets for safe transportation

• Operating electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely

• Verifying products for accuracy, quality, and damage-free condition

• Transporting completed orders to designated shipping areas

• Performing equipment inspections and following all safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

• Working closely with teammates to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualified candidates will have:

• The ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally

• Comfort working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments ranging from -10°F to 85°F

• Basic math and communication skills

• The ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks

• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude

• A commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering quality work every shift

This is a physically demanding role that's perfect for individuals who prefer staying active rather than sitting behind a desk. Every night presents new opportunities to challenge yourself, contribute to the team's success, and earn incentive pay based on your performance.

This Position is scheduled Sunday – Thursday starting at 7pm to completion. It requires the ability to work 8+ hours but may be able to leave early if team completes work ahead of the schedule. Working on holidays may be required.
