Responsibilities
- Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
- Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
- Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
- Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
- Attend any marketing events when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Candidates with relevant experience of 1-2 years are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six (6) days a week, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
- Flexibility and commitment to the assigned shift schedule is essential.
