About the Role
This entry level Transportation Position will work with a professional engineer to design and detail plans (utilizing CADD) on a variety of projects, including Local, State and County highways and bridge rehabilitation/replacement projects. There will be opportunities to engage projects at all stages of design and construction including feasibility and preliminary design where design decisions and input are invaluable, roadway design, structural design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
-
0-4 ) years’ experience or ability to get EIT within a year or 2.

Team-oriented "can do" attitude

knowledge of engineering principals & construction practices
-
Microstation and/or Open Roads Designer experience preferable, Some CADD (any CADD program) experience a must
-
Good technical writing and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and open to learning new and innovative design procedures and methods
