Job Description
The Agile Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of digital and mobile product initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Analytics, Security, and Architecture teams to translate roadmap priorities into executable plans and successful releases. This individual will manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and release readiness while facilitating planning sessions, delivery reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder discussions. They will maintain delivery visibility through Jira and Confluence, create executive-ready reporting, and proactively escalate risks with recommended solutions. The role also includes coaching teams on Agile best practices, fostering accountability and continuous improvement, supporting resource planning and forecasting efforts, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, knowledge sharing, risk identification, and overall delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic delivery leader who balances governance with agility while driving predictable outcomes across multiple product teams.
Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Program Management, or Software Product Delivery, including 4+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Proven experience delivering consumer-facing digital products, specifically mobile applications across iOS and/or Android.

Strong Agile leadership experience coordinating multiple teams/pods in a matrixed Product and Engineering environment.

Advanced expertise with Jira and Confluence, including roadmap management, dependency tracking, reporting, workflows, and delivery governance.

Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), release planning, backlog management, estimation, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), executive escalations, and large-scale release planning.

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, executive communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience using AI-powered tools (Copilot, AI Assistants, delivery automation tools) to improve planning, reporting, backlog quality, and delivery outcomes.

Technical understanding of modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, APIs, quality engineering, release management, security, and observability. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, etc.).

PMP, PgMP, or other formal program/project management certifications.

Experience with App Store and Google Play release processes, feature flags, phased rollouts, and mobile analytics.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Jira AI capabilities, or similar enterprise AI tools.

Experience supporting financial forecasting, portfolio governance, vendor management, or contract-delivery organizations.

Background in travel, hospitality, eCommerce, or other large-scale consumer digital environments. Experience coaching teams on AI adoption, prompting best practices, and responsible AI usage.
